General Information:
The course is designed to train participants up to the OH&S Competency Standards required for operators of loadshifting equipment.

This low impact machine, unless a vibrating drum type roller, is a necessity for owners and operators of civil contracting companies. Be aware that a licence is compulsory for those seeking to operate this type of equipment.

Who should attend:
Existing operators who may require upskilling or students seeking to enter the earthmoving industry with a goal of enhancing their employment prospects.

Number of Participants:
1-3 per machine

Pre Requisites:
At all times, students must display a mature approach with regard to not only their safety but that of their fellow students. Students must attend in appropriate work attire i.e. no joggers, thongs etc and provide proof of identification.

Qualification/Certificate:
Nationally Recognized Certificate of Competency in the Workplace - Conducted in accordance with National Guidelines For Occupational Health & Safety Competency Standards For The Operation Of Load shifting Equipment And Other Types of Specified Equipment.

This course is designed for students with no previous experience in the operaton of the roller. Again, daily rates are available for those students with previous, but limited experience.
